Darkhorse Racing is a community of competitive cyclists in which each team member is consistently striving to be a better the team, their cycling and the greater cycling community around them.

Vision

Darkhorse Racing, as a team and as individual bike racers, will continually strive for to reach our potential as men, bike racers and members of a greater cycling community.

Values

Darkhorse Racing values competition.
Racing is what unites us as cyclists and athletes.  We are not a cycling club, and as a member of Darkhorse Racing, we seek to honorably, selflessly represent the team in cycling competition.

Darkhorse Racing values the team above the individual.
The team is bigger than any one of its members, and the health and well being of the team comes before the needs and desires of any of its members.

Darkhorse Racing values self-sacrifice.
As a unified team, we are all much greater than the sum of our parts.  Sacrifice is a foundation of Darkhorse Racing.  Wither it is the physical sacrifice and discipline of training or putting one’s own race results aside to work for a teammate.

Darkhorse Racing values respect & communication.
Respect for one’s teammates along with open communication both essential and foundational to the health and sustainability of this team.  If you have a problem or issue with another teammate, it is your responsibility to the team to seek out that person and work through that issue.
